You provide frontline IT support for internal customers, managing incidents across global operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on client devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain daily operational consistency.
• Meet targets for Response and Resolution SLA and CSAT while managing incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Operating System.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Operating System.
• Experience in Desktop Support functions.
• Experience working in 24x7 operating environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Worldwide Operations associates.
