Good to Have Skills: Experience with thin clients, handheld wireless devices, warranty management processes, fulfillment center operations, and working in fast-paced warehouse environments. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends based on business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide first level IT support to operations team and serve as primary point of contact for technical issues.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment throughout Amazon fulfillment sites including computers and devices.
• Troubleshoot various IT related equipment such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, and printers.
• Manage RMA and repair processes for all devices that are still under manufacturer warranty.
• Support Senior Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed by management team.
• Ensure all safety procedures are strictly adhered to while performing technical work in warehouse environment
