Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to operations team in resolving complex technical problems within the Fulfillment Center.
• Serve as second level support for Fulfillment Center operations and act as IT department representative to internal customers.
• Perform network engineering tasks and troubleshoot network-related issues to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Manage and execute various projects while coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Technical Support Technicians to enhance their technical capabilities.
• Install and manage data cabling infrastructure to support operational requirements.
• Administer systems across variety of software and hardware environments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle telecom and PBX administration tasks to ensure seamless communication systems.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for problem resolution and implement preventive measures.
• Assist in managing daily departmental activities and coordinate with upper level management.

Experience Required: Excellent understanding of computers including both hardware and software components, demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology, good technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
