Description

Provide second-level technical support and network engineering for Fulfillment Center operations, ensuring optimal system connectivity and hardware functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues for the operations team and serve as the IT department representative.
• Perform network engineering tasks, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and manage data cabling infrastructure.
• Administer systems across diverse software and hardware environments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for problem resolution and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor Technical Support Technicians and assist in managing daily departmental activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Systems Administration.
• Strong proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Telecom/PBX administration.
• Proven mentorship capabilities and ability to present to upper management.
