Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to clients.
• Implement technical solutions for client requirements.
• Resolve technical issues using established tools and frameworks.
• Document support interactions and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in Java development and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database queries and management.
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking client interactions.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
