Description

You will support online collaboration tools and automate business processes using Microsoft Office 365, Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. You will develop applications using PowerApps and Flow to replace manual processes with cloud-based functions for mobile data entry, approvals, and reporting. You will collect, consolidate, and analyze data for project tracking and visualization using Excel and Power BI. You will enhance application user interfaces based on UI/UX best practices and conduct user acceptance testing. You will translate user requirements into user stories and support the development of quality software following international coding standards. You will research alternative tools for internal communication and tracking, such as MS Teams chatbots and decision-making assistance tools.

Responsibilities

• Support online collaboration tools and business process automation using Microsoft Office 365, Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Digital and IT.
• Experience or academic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow).
• Ability to perform data analysis and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
• Understanding of business process automation principles.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for application design.
• Exposure to software development lifecycles and coding standards.
