Description

You will provide technical administrative support focusing on Active Directory management and asset coordination in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory tasks including adding members to OUs, extending accounts, disabling users, and resetting passwords.
• Process and track requests to grant access to applications, folders, and drives through to resolution.
• Coordinate procurement requests and support asset management workflows.
• Run device reports across the network using ServiceNow and Lansweeper.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with Active Directory.
• Experience with Asset Management processes.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow (SNOW) and Lansweeper for reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for responding to inquiries and presenting information.
• Proven ability to determine methods and procedures for assigned tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED.
