Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware and software systems in Scarborough, ME.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications on user workstations.
• Perform hardware repairs and maintenance on desktop computers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computer peripherals.
• Manage onsite desktop computer deployments and lifecycle tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or desktop support roles.
• Hands-on experience with desktop computer hardware and maintenance.
• Proficiency in software installation and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer peripherals.
• Proven track record of resolving hardware-level issues.
• Experience working in an onsite technical support capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
