You will provide technical support and system maintenance at the Eddyville site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain Windows OS environments.
• Manage and support VMware infrastructure.
• Resolve desktop support requests for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows OS configuration.
• Direct experience working with VMware.
• Strong desktop support capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous working experience in a manufacturing environment.
