Description

You will provide technical support and maintain the stability of our IT systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
• Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage network security through the configuration of VPNs, firewalls, and antivirus software.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and monitor system performance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networking.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and implementation.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to assist users with account setup and document technical issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
