Description

You will act as a workstream lead supporting CM operations in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management and the shipping process for replacement hardware to contract manufacturers.
• Manage support requests and perform troubleshooting for hardware and systems.
• Prioritize critical operational tasks across multiple contract manufacturing sites.
• Serve as an escalation point for the existing IT support team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional, non-internship IT support experience.
• 3+ years of direct customer relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of systems and hardware support.
• Hands-on experience with network and server support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience with Java.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build operational dashboards.
• Ability to perform light automation tasks.
