Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to corporate and engineering users across global locations.
• Collaborate closely with the global IT team, including coordination with the Israel IT team on operations and ongoing projects.
• Administer and support Linux environments used by VLSI and engineering teams.
• Provide specialized IT support for VLSI/CAD environments, including VNC setup, remote graphical access, EDA tools installation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, compliance enforcement, application deployment, and device security.
• Manage user identities and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Perform basic AWS administration tasks during urgent incidents and support Azure-related configurations when required.
• Troubleshoot networking and firewall issues including LAN, WAN, VPN connectivity, routing, and access rules.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and security projects, particularly related to endpoint security and Intune deployments.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and infrastructure improvements.

Experience Required:

• 3-9 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration.
• Experience supporting CAD/VLSI engineering environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune, Defender).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and firewall configurations.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, and VPN technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
