Description

You will provide day-to-day IT support to corporate and engineering users globally, collaborating with the Israel IT team on operations and projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Linux environments used by VLSI and engineering teams.
• Provide specialized IT support for CAD/VLSI environments, including VNC setup, remote graphical access, and EDA tool troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and compliance.
• Handle user identities and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot networking and firewall issues including LAN, WAN, VPN connectivity, and routing.

Required Skills

• 3-9 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools (Intune, Defender).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and firewall configurations (LAN/WAN/VPN).
• Experience supporting CAD/VLSI engineering environments is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, and VPN technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with global IT teams and vendors for infrastructure improvements.
• Ability to maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks.
