• Provide Tier 1 2 IT support, endpoint management, and employee onboarding/offboarding for a distributed workforce.
• Administer cloud and SaaS platforms, including SSO, MFA, user access, and IT asset management.
• Utilize ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, Jamf, and Intune to manage tickets, devices, and support operations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell, with basic SQL knowledge for reporting and ticket analytics.
• Lead service desk activities by managing support queues, meeting SLAs, and coordinating a small IT support team
