You will provide technical application support and troubleshoot system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and application errors proactively.
• Use SQL and scripting to resolve data or system problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or IT support role.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
