Description

Provide desk-side IT support and hardware services for the Enschede location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break/fix, data migration, restoration, and erasure tasks.
• Manage device deployments, refreshes, and lifecycle movements for starters, leavers, and movers.
• Execute hands-and-eyes support, including meeting room device management and physical inventory audits.
• Handle supplies management and printer maintenance.
• Support ad-hoc local project activities and managed deployment services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
• Experience managing devices via SCCM.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AD and SharePoint.
• Experience with hardware break/fix and data migration processes.
• Ability to manage physical hardware inventory and supplies.
• Degree or any graduate level education.
