Description

You will provide technical support and infrastructure maintenance for client computer systems and networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure client computer systems and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve software, networking, or hardware issues via on-site visits or remote access.
• Manage case notes, track work records, and compile reports to meet SLAs.
• Repair hardware malfunctions and address complex infrastructure problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Teams administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Desktop support.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Freshdesk, ManageEngine, or Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking, LAN, and WAN.
• Ability to provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support.
