Description

You will provide technical support and incident management in a 24x7 environment, managing critical situations and maintaining system health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and coordinate responses during critical or crisis situations.
• Monitor system health using Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, and alarm monitoring tools.
• Debug errors across Weblogic servers, shell scripts, and various databases.
• Execute database operations including starting, stopping, and OEM tasks.
• Maintain ownership of multiple simultaneous technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and UNIX (commands, memory, and processes).
• Experience managing Oracle, MongoDB, and Sybase databases.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP, UDP, RPC, and HTTPS.
• Experience with Weblogic server administration, including thread dumps and data sources.
• Familiarity with video protocols such as live, VOD, DTP, and adaptive streaming.
• Ability to perform basic shell scripting and debugging.
• Experience with Salesforce and HP-ALM.
• Strong communication skills in German and Spanish.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies, VMware, or Hyper-V.
