Description

You will provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows endpoints, manage device lifecycles, and support basic server and Azure cloud operations for the Gurgaon location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting for Windows 11 devices, laptops, desktops, and network connectivity issues.
• Configure, image, and deploy endpoints using automation tools while managing device enrolment and policy compliance via Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy to support user and device management.
• Perform routine Windows Server administration including file/print permissions, patching, and system health monitoring.
• Maintain endpoint security through antivirus management, encryption, and compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to CISO standards.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Windows 11 troubleshooting, endpoint support, and device lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and deployment/patch management tools.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, or ServiceDesk Plus.
• Understanding of Azure cloud services (VMs, storage, networking, RBAC) and basic server administration.
• 4-5 years of experience in enterprise IT support or system/network administration.

Preferred Skills

• Powershell scripting for automation, deployment, or provisioning.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and virtualization technologies like Hyper-V.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification or willingness to obtain it.
