Good to Have Skills: Experience in multi-user high availability environments, data cabling systems, deployment and liquidation processes, analytical and technical assistance capabilities, continuous improvement methodologies, and experience working across variety of software and hardware environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage local technical projects and coordinate implementation of technical solutions across defined geographical areas.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes to ensure standardized IT support operations.
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies to improve system performance.
• Support global customers remotely by providing high quality technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Travel within local or regional area to provide on-site customer support and technical services.
• Perform network engineering and troubleshooting activities including data cabling and systems administration tasks.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available and operational during production hours.
• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement.

Experience Required: 2+ years of networking experience including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. 2+ years of troubleshooting in multi-user high availability environment. 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
