Manage and develop a team of Field Support and IT Support engineers. Oversee vendor service management processes. Coordinate IT change management and infrastructure support tasks. Apply support processes to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations and Leadership.
• Experience managing teams of Field Support and IT Support engineers.
• Practical experience with Vendor service management.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Change Management.
• Basic understanding of Networks and Servers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Italian.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL knowledge or certification.
