Description

Provide technical support and infrastructure monitoring in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and facilities using dedicated tools.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Cherwell.
• Execute corrective actions per SOPs and contribute to runbook updates.
• Support patching and migration activities while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Deliver end-user support through phone and email channels.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix servers.
• Proficiency in Incident Management and ITSM processes.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of backup and restore processes.
• Ability to work a 24x7 roster, including holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendor coordination and escalation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Nagios or Tidal job scheduler.
• ITIL Process certification.
