Description

You will provide technical support and implement end-user systems within an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Manage systems using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies.
• Optimize desktop and server hardware performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and Group Policies.
• Knowledge of MDM/MAM solutions.
• Fundamental understanding of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Experience with desktop and server hardware maintenance.
• Ability to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations and light travel.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
