Description

Provide hands-on technical support for desktop, laptop, server, and networking hardware in a 24x5 shift environment. Own the full lifecycle of hardware break-fix, installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC).

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware IMACs for PCs, servers, and peripherals, including on-site troubleshooting and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows and Mac OS issues, including MS Office and COTS products.
• Manage incident and request tickets to ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met.
• Support networking, storage, and legacy Unisys products including core-CMOS.
• Conduct acceptance testing with users and diagnose hardware faults and peripheral connectivity.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in hardware and software support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Experience with networking, including Wi-Fi, Network Access, and Cisco products.
• Knowledge of storage systems, interconnectivity, and ESD procedures.
• Mechanical capability for testing servers and mainframes.
• Experience supporting productivity tools like O365, Teams, Webex, and Zoom.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronics training from a technical institute or military school.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, Microsoft Server Certified Professional, or A+ certifications.
• Manufacturer certifications such as EMC, Dell, Cisco, or Apple.
