Description

Provide primary IT support for a global enterprise, owning service requests and customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues across Windows Workstations, Windows Server, MS Exchange, Linux, switches, and telecommunications.
• Manage and troubleshoot PC hardware and desktop operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network functionality issues.
• Own the end-to-end resolution of service requests to ensure user satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with MS Exchange.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network switches and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and desktop OS issues.
