Description

Provide onsite technical support and VIP assistance at the Frankfurt location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware lifecycle and onsite services including IMAC, break-fix, warranty service, and replacement unit stock.
• Maintain AV management systems by troubleshooting video, sound, touch panels, HDMI connectivity, and meeting room displays.
• Resolve Outlook booking issues and assist users with dialing into meetings via MS Teams or OBTP.
• Support wallboard configurations, HDMI switches, and transaction monitor webpage reloading.
• Execute hardware tasks such as LAN cable reseating and connection/disconnection under infrastructure team guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Break Fix and IMAC processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft App-V.
• Technical knowledge of HDMI, LAN, and AV hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle within ServiceNow.
• Ability to provide direct physical onsite support for meeting rooms and office accessories.
