Description

You will own the end-user computing operations, infrastructure support, and device management lifecycle for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS environments for end users.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint Online user and site support.
• Maintain Active Directory and Azure AD identities, groups, and permissions.
• Execute device management, patching, and compliance tasks using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues including VPN, LAN, and DNS.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in EUC, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows 10/11 and macOS support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance.
• Understanding of data center hardware and IT operations.
• Familiarity with ITSM and asset management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Modern Workplace or Intune certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
