Description

You will manage workstation hardware, software, and network configurations to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and network settings.
  • Own the user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
  • Implement application upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills

  • 4-5 years of IT support experience, preferably within a SaaS or software product company.
  • Strong experience managing SaaS cloud tools including Microsoft Office 365 and Google.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), specifically Okta and Microsoft Azure.
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring.
  • Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer hardware/software engineering or Computer Science.
  • Project management experience with professional certification such as PMP or Prince2.
  • Ability to work across different time zones based on team and client requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Administrative experience with Slack and Zoom.
