You will manage workstation hardware, software, and network configurations to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and network settings.
- Own the user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
- Implement application upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical support.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of IT support experience, preferably within a SaaS or software product company.
- Strong experience managing SaaS cloud tools including Microsoft Office 365 and Google.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), specifically Okta and Microsoft Azure.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring.
- Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer hardware/software engineering or Computer Science.
- Project management experience with professional certification such as PMP or Prince2.
- Ability to work across different time zones based on team and client requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Administrative experience with Slack and Zoom.
