Job Description: Encore Consulting Services, Inc., an IL-based IT Solutions company, has multiple openings for IT Support Engineer (for locations nationwide). Manage Team dynamics and ensure the focus of the team on project deliverables. Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and end-user productivity. Testing security patches and monitoring IT infrastructure for any vulnerabilities. Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Provide training to different teams on newly implemented tools and technologies. Following up with end users to ensure resolution satisfaction. Requirements: U.S. Master�s degree in CompSci, CIS Any Engg, or rltd with 1 yr. exp. At least 1 year of exp. with Google Suite Administrator, SCCM, Firewall Proxy Rules, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Azure Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Windows PowerShell
