Description

You will manage and upgrade the organization's operating systems, focusing on Windows 11 deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and implementation of Windows 11 across user systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Windows 11 environments.
• Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize desktops, laptops, and related applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and system best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT support.
• Hands-on expertise in Windows 11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Group Policy.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools.
