You will manage desktop and local infrastructure support for employees across multiple locations and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to IT Helpdesk requests in accordance with established SLAs.
- Own the IT procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for both on-site and remote staff.
- Maintain endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Manage equipment inventory, including purchasing, maintenance, and depreciation tracking.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration.
- Proficiency in multi-OS environments including MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite environments.
- Experience supporting audio-visual conference room technologies.
- Familiarity with Meraki, Jira, Intune, Jamf, and Slack.
- Ability to work with auditors to ensure procurement procedure compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing user training and documentation to reduce service requests.
