Description

You will manage desktop and local infrastructure support for employees across multiple locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to IT Helpdesk requests in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Own the IT procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for both on-site and remote staff.
  • Maintain endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Manage equipment inventory, including purchasing, maintenance, and depreciation tracking.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration.
  • Proficiency in multi-OS environments including MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite environments.
  • Experience supporting audio-visual conference room technologies.
  • Familiarity with Meraki, Jira, Intune, Jamf, and Slack.
  • Ability to work with auditors to ensure procurement procedure compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing user training and documentation to reduce service requests.
