Description

Manage local IT infrastructure and provide technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
• Investigate IT problems to provide actionable solutions and recommendations.
• Manage G Suite admin consoles and Active Directory user accounts.
• Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls and network logs according to company policy.
• Administer LDAP and file sharing on NAS storage systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in networking and firewall configuration.
• Experience with LDAP and NAS storage management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Ability to manage Active Directory and G Suite administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a tech company.
• Prior experience in IT administrative responsibilities.
