Description

Provide end-to-end technical support and planning for executive leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for high-priority IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical support for executive meetings, from 1-to-1 videoconferences to large-scale town halls and webcasts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the End User Computing infrastructure, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and OS installations.
• Perform routine IT health checks, pre-travel device inspections, and software installations to minimize user downtime.
• Document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately within the ticketing database.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure the success of high-priority technical events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or a related technical field.
• Proven experience organizing and coordinating large-scale virtual or in-person events end-to-end.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into layman's terms for senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting personal mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Competency in maintaining End User Computing infrastructure and hardware.
• Ability to work standby duties on a rotational basis.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum Vocational, Diploma, or Associate Degree in a technical field.
