Description

Provide technical support for Mac and PC hardware, operating systems, and SaaS environments to federal employees and internal customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Mac and PC hardware and operating systems.
• Manage user and role-based access within a heavily SaaS-based environment.
• Resolve high-priority escalations and technical issues under pressure.
• Maintain virtual desktop infrastructure and perform proactive system maintenance.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring accuracy and detail.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Mac and PC technical support.
• 3+ years of experience managing user/role-based access in SaaS environments.
• 2+ years supporting VDI solutions including VMware and AWS.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoom Room support.
• Experience with Slack, Okta, and Office applications.
• U.S. citizenship and residency in the United States are required.
• Ability to provide early morning and late evening coverage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices, networks, and browsers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with federal government clients.
