You provide comprehensive technical support across macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full ticket lifecycle from intake to resolution using Jira Service Desk.
• Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes, managing system access.
• Use AI tools to research solutions and accelerate ticket resolution.
• Maintain IT data and Asset Management boards within automated workflows.
• Support the wider IT team maintaining office technology and infrastructure globally.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Technical Support, Hardware Troubleshooting, Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS.
• Familiarity with Access Management and Asset Management processes.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment supporting 24x5 global operations.
• Knowledge of hardware diagnostics and software provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-enabled troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of Zoom administration or workflow automation.
