Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery following ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Oversee data movement and processing workflows involving ETL and EDM.
• Monitor and support data streaming via Kafka.
• Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries to maintain data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT support or operations.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management.
• Experience with ETL and EDM processes.
• Working knowledge of Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
