Description

You will provide technical assistance and hardware/software support for workstations, desktop applications, and scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technology-oriented issues escalated via ServiceNow ticket queues.
  • Troubleshoot user account access and manage access requests for new hires.
  • Perform diagnostics, installation, and repairs on B&W, color, and multifunctional devices.
  • Conduct time trials on application latency and slowdowns to support level 2 testing.
  • Collaborate with level 2 technical support groups to resolve complex application system issues.
  • Manage territory, parts inventory, and customer relationships within an assigned geographic area.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of related technical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office and general workstation/desktop application support.
  • Experience performing IP address setup and printer driver installations.
  • Ability to handle full workloads in standalone and networked environments.
  • Valid state driver’s license and required auto insurance for business travel.
  • Technical specialist capabilities beyond basic office software proficiency.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AWS workspaces or virtual machines.
  • Programming or scripting experience in Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Formal MIS degree or Technical Service Desk experience.
