Description

You will act as the technical liaison between division staff and the Office of Information Technology to ensure all technical support needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line support for business users by investigating, evaluating, and resolving service requests or escalating them to OIT staff.
• Monitor service desk requests, negotiate completion dates, and ensure follow-through on hardware and software issues.
• Manage hardware and phone inventory, including warranty information, equipment replacement schedules, and software renewal cycles.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, rollouts, and reimaging processes for new hires and position vacancies.
• Participate in the Business Technology Team to expand user functionality and assist in developing division-level solutions.

Required Skills

• Two years of professional experience in a related occupational field, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Experience interfacing with business users to resolve technical problems.
• Ability to manage and maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Experience monitoring service desk reports and managing ticket lifecycles.
• Proven ability to coordinate equipment rollouts and replacement schedules.
• Knowledge of 5S methodologies.
• Must reside in the Denver, Colorado metro area and work in person five days a week.
