Description

You will act as the primary technical liaison between division staff and the Office of Information Technology to ensure all technical support needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Interface with business users as front-line support to investigate, evaluate, and resolve service requests or escalate them to OIT staff.
• Monitor service desk requests, negotiate completion dates, and ensure follow-through on hardware and software issues.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycles, including inventory maintenance, equipment purchases, rollouts, and replacement schedules.
• Coordinate with personnel liaisons and program managers to allocate or purchase equipment for new hires.
• Participate in the Business Technology Team to expand user functionality, assist with division solutions, and provide user training.

Required Skills

• Two years of professional experience in a related occupational field, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Experience managing computer and phone inventory and warranty information.
• Ability to monitor service desk reports and manage ticket lifecycles.
• Knowledge of equipment reimaging and surplus processes.
• Skill in coordinating software renewal schedules and hardware replacement cycles.
• Proficiency in telecommunication systems.
• Ability to work in person 5 days a week in the Denver metro area.
