Description

You will provide production support in a non-technical capacity, focusing on issue tracking and stakeholder coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage issue tracking and escalation processes for end-users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production support queries.
• Document and track all reported issues effectively.
• Support end-users within a rotational shift environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support.
• Mandatory familiarity with LMS (Loan Management System).
• Mandatory familiarity with LOS (Loan Origination System).
• Proven experience in escalation handling.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Ability to work any 5-day week, including Saturdays or Sundays.
• Must have cleared Pre-Employment Requisites (PREP).
