Description

You will provide non-technical production support for loan management and origination systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users by addressing inquiries and resolving issues within LMS and LOS environments.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Document and track all reported issues to ensure effective follow-through.
• Coordinate with non-technical stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Mandatory familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Mandatory familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Proven experience in escalation handling.
• Strong issue tracking and documentation skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Flexibility to work any 5-day week, including Saturdays or Sundays.

Preferred Skills

• Must have cleared Pre-Employment Requisites (PREP).
• Any Graduate degree.
