Description

You will provide technical support and system administration for end-users through phone, remote tools, and on-site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure equipment such as servers, workstations, switches, routers, and VoIP systems.
  • Manage user equipment and inventory by updating asset management systems and ensuring all hardware is operational.
  • Analyze and design software modifications to meet user requirements and develop technical support documentation.
  • Assist users with information security, privacy questions, and mobile device management for iOS and Android.

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure and workstations.
  • 1 year of experience with Windows 10, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs.
  • 1 year of experience with Azure and Enterprise anti-virus solutions.
  • 1 year of experience imaging laptop computers (20h2, 21h2) and using Microsoft Office 2010.
  • 1 year of experience with Cisco networks and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop and network printing for various vendor devices.
  • Ability to manage helpdesk ticketing systems and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating user instructions and support guides.
