Description

You will provide first and second-level technical support for end-user issues in Aarhus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues through first and second-level contact while maintaining detailed ticket updates.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP, 7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and authorized desktop applications.
• Perform hardware maintenance, remedial repairs, and preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues and provide timely status updates to users.

Required Skills

• Proven experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 2010.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Jabber and desktop applications.
• Basic knowledge of Mac operating systems for Apple PC user support.
• Foundational understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and network connectivity.
• B2 level proficiency in Danish.
• Valid Denmark 20-hour weekly work permit.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diagnostic tools for workstation hardware and software.
