You will provide first-tier GIS technical support and serve as a primary liaison for customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Validate the operation of virtual ArcGIS Desktop environments and enterprise GIS applications.
- Escalate technical issues and coordinate with IT staff or Esri support to resolve problems.
- Instruct customers on using Esri ArcGIS solutions and supported applications to improve productivity.
- Assist with GIS upgrades, technical projects, and provide on-call support as required.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and GIS User Group resources.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of technical support experience.
- Esri ArcGIS Desktop.
- ArcGIS mobile applications.
- Esri Geodatabases.
- Experience with enterprise GIS application troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop and update technical documentation.
- Any Graduate degree.
