Description

You will provide first-tier GIS technical support and serve as a primary liaison for customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Validate the operation of virtual ArcGIS Desktop environments and enterprise GIS applications.
  • Escalate technical issues and coordinate with IT staff or Esri support to resolve problems.
  • Instruct customers on using Esri ArcGIS solutions and supported applications to improve productivity.
  • Assist with GIS upgrades, technical projects, and provide on-call support as required.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and GIS User Group resources.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of technical support experience.
  • Esri ArcGIS Desktop.
  • ArcGIS mobile applications.
  • Esri Geodatabases.
  • Experience with enterprise GIS application troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop and update technical documentation.
  • Any Graduate degree.
