Description

You will provide desktop and hardware support for end users across two locations in Atlanta and Decatur.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
• Resolve connectivity issues for remote workers involving VPN and network shared drives.
• Manage and maintain support tickets within the WORM and Remedy systems.
• Set up and install computer hardware for new hire onboarding.
• Troubleshoot network issues using the command line.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience providing desktop and laptop hardware support.
• 5+ years of experience deploying laptops and desktops.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Office products and Outlook email clients.
• 5+ years of experience supporting remote workers and troubleshooting VPN/remote technology issues.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Active Directory domain environment.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Experience with software such as Adobe Acrobat, Pulse Secure, and Webex.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption software.
