Description

You will manage IT infrastructure operations and service delivery for the RBIN-Bidadi location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, procurement, and lifecycle management for end-user devices and communication hardware.
• Act as the second-level escalation contact for the local IT Helpdesk team.
• Manage Print Services and Unified Communication Services (MS Teams) according to defined processes.
• Collaborate with central teams to oversee and maintain IT infrastructure activities and projects.
• Consult with internal customers to deliver standard, cost-effective IT solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Service Delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting Microsoft products.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with automation tools and Gen-AI concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL foundation processes and ability to follow IT Service Management processes against defined KPIs.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, E&TC, or related field.
