Provide remote and onsite technical support, maintain client infrastructure, and manage technical escalations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Maintain client infrastructure and handle technical escalations.
• Participate in technical projects and create documentation.
• Stay updated on new products and technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with an MSP.
• Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services.
• Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Firewall management, preferably WatchGuard.
• Experience with PSA and RMM software.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• College diploma in Computer Systems Technology or a related field.
