Description

You will manage IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow ticket queues, respond to requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and support PC, laptop (Win 10/11), scanners, printers, Chromeboxes, and field systems.
• Maintain cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments and build internal cloud applications.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions based on project needs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to digitize common tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in IT support, infrastructure, or software engineering.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with automation and provisioning tools like AWS CLI and Terraform.
• Ability to support video conferencing, A/V equipment, and dash cam software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and data leakage.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification (e.g., A+, Network+, Cloud+).
• Experience acting as an administrator or subject matter expert for lobby management or DDS applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
