Description

You will provide technical assistance to end users and manage system operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory tasks, including creating and terminating user accounts.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, VPN, and printers.
• Install and configure computers, imaging systems, and deploy updates.
• Troubleshoot issues across PCs, printers, VPNs, and user applications.
• Manage and resolve support tickets while documenting technical procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
• Proficiency with Active Directory for account management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN, PC, and printer issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
