Description

You will provide first-tier technical support for GIS environments and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate the operation of virtual ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and enterprise GIS applications.
• Escalate technical issues to IT staff and consult with Esri support to resolve problems.
• Instruct customers on using Esri ArcGIS solutions and supported applications.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with database, network, and server teams to implement solutions following internal standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS.
• Experience working with databases.
• Ability to provide on-call support as needed.
• Experience acting as a technical liaison for business units.
• Any graduate degree.
